I agree to the terms and conditions below:

Entire Agreement: The Client understands that Raj Photo Video LLC is the exclusive official company retained to perform the requested photography and video services.
Booking and Payment: A non-refundable booking fee of 25%, along with full acceptance of these terms and conditions, secures Raj Photo Video LLC's services. The booking fee will be deducted from the total package price, with the remaining balance due one month before the wedding. In the event of a postponement, the fee will be retained if Raj Photo Video LLC can accommodate the new date and time.
Substitution Policy: Raj Photo Video LLC reserves the right to substitute another professional videographer or photographer in the event of an emergency, illness, or scheduling conflicts.
Limitation of Liability: If Raj Photo Video LLC is unable to perform due to factors beyond their control, they will return the deposit but bear no further liability. This also applies if media materials are damaged or lost through no fault of Raj Photo Video LLC.
Cooperation and Punctuality: Both parties agree that cooperation and punctuality are crucial. Shooting commences and concludes at the scheduled times, with any additional time billed to the Client.
Responsibility: Raj Photo Video LLC is not liable for compromised coverage due to factors beyond their control, including but not limited to obtrusive guests, lateness, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, decoration rendering, or location restrictions. The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and permissions.
Limited Liability: The Client acknowledges that a wedding cannot be replicated and limits Raj Photo Video LLC's liability to the amount paid under this contract.
Expenses Incurred: Drone usage is not permissible in New York City as per FAA guidelines. The Client covers all travel, accommodation, meal, and transport costs unless otherwise provided. Travel expenses are based on distance from the studio, with the first 100 miles roundtrip included. Additional miles are charged at 2X the standard mileage rate of $0.54 per mile.
Post Production and Turnaround Times: Production turnaround times may vary and are not guaranteed. No editing will begin if customization requests are not finalized, and changes after editing has started will incur extra charges. Final editing style and image selection are at the discretion of Raj Photo Video LLC.
Amendments: This agreement supersedes all prior agreements and can only be altered in writing, signed by all parties. Any part of this agreement found to be invalid or unenforceable does not affect the remainder of the agreement.
Cancellation: The Client may cancel this contract by giving written notice to Raj Photo Video LLC but will forfeit any monies paid. Cancellations less than 12 weeks before the wedding will result in the full payment becoming due.
Copyright: Raj Photo Video LLC retains full copyright of the photographs and videos, along with the right of reproduction and unrestricted use for any purpose, including advertising.
Outstanding Balances: No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the Client has paid the balance in full.
